Why a reminder helps
- A payment on the same day each month is forgotten until the landlord writes.
- A late payment strains the relationship with the landlord.
- If you rent a place out, it's just as easy to forget to remind the tenant.
How to set it up
- Set the reminder a day ahead so there's time to transfer the money.
- If you're the landlord, add your tenant as a recipient: LaterDrop can remind other people, but only with their consent.
- You can put the amount in the title: “Rent: 1,200”.

How do I get the reminder every month?
Turn on the “every month” repeat. For quarterly payments, choose “every quarter”.
Can I remind a tenant?
Yes, if they agree to receive messages: add them as a recipient. Don't send messages to people without their consent.
What if the payment is at month end: the 29th, 30th or 31st?
For short months it's safer to use a day that exists in every month, such as the 28th.
