Health checkup reminder
A routine checkup, a vaccine or a dentist visit gets postponed because nothing is urgent. A yearly repeating reminder brings the task back into view before it's too late.
Ready-made reminder
- Title
- Book a checkup
- Date
- The date it's time to book
- Remind in advance
- a week before
- Repeat
- every year
Free, no card. The template doesn't create a record by itself: you enter the title and dates yourself. Email to @mail.ru addresses is currently blocked, so use Telegram for those.
Why a reminder helps
- Without urgency, routine visits get postponed for months.
- Clinics sometimes need booking weeks ahead.
- Vaccines and tests have intervals that are hard to keep in your head.
How to set it up
- Set the date to “book”, not the appointment date, so you have time to find a slot.
- Your doctor tells you what and when; LaterDrop only reminds you.
- Don't put diagnoses or other sensitive details in the title: “Book a GP visit” is enough.
Create it in a minute
- Open the LaterDrop bot in Telegram or sign up on the website.
- Create a new record with the title from the template.
- Enter the date, choose “Remind in advance” and a repeat if you need one.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a medical service?
No. LaterDrop only reminds you on the day you choose. What to do and when is for your doctor to decide.
Which interval should I set?
The one your doctor named. For yearly visits, “every year” fits.
Is it safe to name the doctor in a reminder?
Keep it neutral, with no diagnoses: “Book a GP visit”. Sensitive details don't belong in reminders.
